We've listened to your feedback, refactored back end services, rebuilt entire frontend modules, and added improvements that you, the user, wanted to deliver what we believe is a huge leap forward in control and clarity.

More Power with True Self-Service
One of our core technical goals was to empower you to manage your IT infrastructure with less friction. To achieve this, we've shipped a completely new self-service module that hooks directly into our provisioning systems. This means you can now:

We know that data is useless without clarity. That’s why we’ve implemented a new data visualisation layer right on your dashboard. These aren't just static images; they're live, interactive charts pulling data straight from our monitoring systems to give you a clear, immediate overview of your assets, infrastructure, and a cost breakdown of your services.
We’ve also centralised all reporting. You can now generate detailed:

The Eco Score: More Than Just a Metric
Perhaps the feature we're most excited about from an engineering standpoint is the new Eco Score. We're now ingesting and analysing data from your assets to compute a proprietary efficiency rating. With the environment being one of our main focuses here at Tranquil, the addition of this new metric ensures we can help improve sustainebility, both in-house and for our clients.
The system then provides actionable recommendations for improvement, creating a data-driven feedback loop to help you optimise your setup; both for the planet and your budget. Our support team, is of course, on hand to help you implement these technical suggestions.
